Geely Auto UK hits over 1,000 registrations in a month for the first time

Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, 02 April 2026 Geely Auto UK has achieved a major milestone in its UK journey, surpassing 1,000 new vehicle registrations in a single month for the first time since the brand entered the market. The landmark moment for Geely Auto reflects both the success of the sales and retail strategy as well as the growing customer demand for Geely Auto UK’s expanding line-up, which currently includes the electric Geely EX5 SUV and the newly introduced Starray EM-i Super Hybrid PHEV.
The recent addition of the Starray EM-i Super Hybrid PHEV has been well timed to capitalise on the growing PHEV market, which is up nearly 46% year on year according to recent SMMT data*. And coupled with Geely Auto UK’s growing retail footprint, which now stands at nearly 80 dealers appointed and 60 open by mid-April across the country, the brand is in a strong position to continue growing and increasing awareness.
Launched at the same time as the brand arrived into the UK market last October, the Geely EX5 delivers advanced technology, while the Starray EM-i offers exceptional born hybrid performance. Both models also deliver outstanding design, quality and space, together with an industry-leading eight-year warranty for both the vehicles and the batteries — bringing UK customers an exceptional new-energy mobility experience.
