Geely Auto UK Appoints ITAS to Manage Approved Body and Paint Repair Network

  • Partnership aims to achieve consistently high repair standards with nationwide coverage.
  • Partnership strengthens Geely Auto UK’s growing aftersales infrastructure
  • Establishes scalable, high quality approval programme that protects customers’ vehicles and supports bodyshop partners

Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, 09 March 2026: Geely Auto UK has appointed ITAS to operate its approved body and paint repairer network, supporting the brand’s continued development of a robust and high-quality aftersales platform in the UK.

Under the agreement, ITAS will manage the full approval scheme for body and paint repair centres. This includes identifying and selecting repair partners who offer comprehensive nationwide coverage, writing and auditing the standards that govern the network, and providing technical training and support to repairers. ITAS will supply detailed repair data and insights back to Geely Auto UK, enabling continuous improvement and monitoring to ensure that all approved repairers operate to exacting and regularly audited standards.

The appointment strengthens Geely Auto UK’s commitment to delivering a consistent, manufacturer approved repair experience for customers. Through ITAS, repair centres will have access to OEM aligned training, technical support, and the operational guidance required to meet the brand’s expectations for safety, quality, and customer care.  ITAS will also recommend suitable repair partners for approval to provide national coverage supported by rigorous and ongoing compliance checks.

ITAS was selected following a competitive process, with its technical capability and industry experience aligning closely with Geely Auto UK’s requirements. The company operates a long standing bodyshop and paint repair programme management operations and brings extensive experience working with multiple OEMs. A key advantage for Geely Auto UK is ITAS’s comprehensive technical training centre in Milton Keynes, located close to the brand’s UK head office, providing convenient access to specialist training and development resources.

“As our retailer and aftersales network grows, it is essential that our repair infrastructure grows with it, said Nigel Griggs, Aftersales Director at Geely Auto UK. “Partnering with ITAS enables us to establish a robust, scalable and high quality approval programme that protects our customers’ vehicles, upholds Geely’s technical standards, and supports our bodyshop partners with the right training and certification processes.”

“We are delighted to have been chosen by Geely to manage their body and paint program in the UK,” said Danny Rota, Chief Executive Officer at ITAS. “We have been very impressed with the emphasis that Geely have focused to the customer journey and the Aftersales infrastructure that they are building for their clients. We are all looking forward to working with the team to build a market leading program.”
